A USCF rated tournament that is open to everyone. It our first Blitz rated event of the calendar year. Don't worry about losing rating points on your regular rating, Blitz is a separate category.
1 Section: Open
8 Double SS (16 5-minute games) G/5min + d0 sec (each player has 5 minutes - no delay). Double Swiss means you play the same person twice - alternating between Black and White pieces for a single "round."

Registration: ONSITE Cash or check only accepted the morning of the event or Online Registration Click Here is currently open until Friday11 pmthe night before 4/29. Expired USCF registration can be renewed on site by check or cash. NO CREDIT CARDS accepted onsite.
USCF membership required (we will assist you with a new membership or you need to renew on-site).
Prizes: Over $350 Prizes (b/20 players) for top two in each section and cash prizes for best players in USCF Class A, B, C, D & best under 1000

BYE: 1/2 point bye available for rounds (limit 2) for registered players, must commit before Rd 2. Non-registered late arrivals will be given 0 point byes for missed rounds. No admissions after round 2.
